Each airlines has their own competitive values, on their freight, days of flight, delivery time, aircraft load capacity and services.
The freight calculated by goods weight (per kg) with Min weight 45 Kgs, combining with the destination purpose. Airline will use the greater weight of goods comparing the actual weight and volumetric weight**
**Volumetric weight applied for any large (size) goods which having a lights weight. The standard formula; ( L X W X H ) in Cm / 6000 = Volumetric Weight.
Above freight valid for shipment weighing +45 Kgs Up, any less weight we're suggesting you to use Courier Services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.
Air Freight + Fuel & Security + AWB & CGC, were the cost applied by airlines. Our services were inluding with cartage services, packaging, and issuing the export documentation based on your requirement.
Standard Box has its volumetric weight 17Kgs, airline will use and charge the greater weight comparing the actual and volumetric weight per box. Any import duties and taxes aren't incl. on above charges as it would be assigned by your Customs

shipment has 2 (two) terms of arrangement;FCL (Full Container Load), this movement can be done by applying container equipment which each of them has different type and volume as details bellow;

- LCL (Less Container Load), this service provided for any sea shipment that the volume is less than container's capacity. The shipping cost will be charge per cubic meter (CBM).
- The formula to get the cubic meter; ( L X W X H ) in Cm / 1,000,000 = Vol. CBM.
- Sea cargo shipment require more time than Air cargo, however, economically, the cost of its arrangement is much lower as it will calculate per equipment used combining the destination.
- Shipping information;
- Reservation must be informed at minimum in 5 (five) days before the loading date of shipment for 20 FT and 10 (Ten) days for 40FT, in order to arrange the empty equipment from Surabaya .
- Surabaya port is the nearest International harbor from Bali , where here some reputable vendor of shipping lines placed there.
- Documentation (Invoice/Packing List and Certificate of Origin) needs to be legalized at Indonesian Trade Department, after the goods leave from Surabaya . This documentation will be sent to consignee.
- ISPM #15 (Marking, Inspection, Fumigation, & Security Control Labeling) applied for any wooden package/crate/frame used as outer packaging and this process required an exposure time of Min, 16-24 hours. Will not apply for carton box/plastic package and only short list countries have implemented this regulation. Especially for Australia destination required fumigation and wooden packaging refer to AQIS Standard.
- Our services (except Courier service) are to port only, any handling or custom taxes/duties incurred would be assigned at destination by it's own countries regulation and excluding on our quotation offered.
