How to Place Your Order
You can order online simply by browse items to order and then
filling out and submitting the order form Or, email : sales@orangebali.com
during normal business hours and our sales associates will be
happy to answer any questions you might have and take your order
over the phone. We will also promptly respond to any e-mail
inquiries.
Delivery Timing
Delivery varies by product category and manufacturer. Typically,
most furniture items will be shipped within 6 to 12 weeks.
Other items such as cushions are generally available within
a 2 to 3 week time span. Please call us and talk to a New
Harbour sales associate for expected timing on your specific
order. (Please note that all delivery times are estimates
and that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. However,
if there is substantial delay, we will notify you for your
advice on proceeding with the order.)
Pricing and Errors
All items and prices are subject to change without notice.
And although we try our best to avoid them, it is possible
that errors may occur within the website. New Harbour is not
responsible for pricing, descriptive, typographical, or photographic
errors.
Furniture Delivery (non-UPS/Fedex
Ground)
You will be contacted by the delivery service prior to delivery
to set up a day and general time window for you to receive
your order. When your order arrives, you should be prepared
to open the cartons and look at the condition of the furniture.
All damage should be noted on the freight bill. Then, notify
us immediately of any problems and we will initiate and coordinate
the process to correct them.
Payment Methods
WWe accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer or Western
Union ) to our Bank.
We request an advance payment of 50 % of the total amount
of the invoice prior to beginning production of the order,
with the balance being transferred at the time goods are ready
to ship.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax except on items shipped to Massachusetts
(5%). Since your local or state laws may vary on "use
tax" when you buy items out-of-state, we leave it to
you to handle as you see fit.
Cancellations and Return
Policy
Because your purchase is such an individual choice, your order
is very much a custom order. Therefore, once your order is
placed, if you decide to cancel the order or return an item
within 7 days of your delivery, you will be responsible for
the freight charges to return it, as well as a 30% restocking
charge on the item plus the original delivery charges. If
the item is returned in a damaged or not "as-new"
condition, additional charges for repair or used condition
will apply. |
